Funerals
When we were baptized into Christ Jesus, God granted us life — the same life of Christ raised from the dead. Nothing separates us from that love, from that life. Funerals point to God having destroyed the power of death, God’s never-ending commitment to be with us always, even in our eternal resting places. The gospel, which is the Good News of Jesus Christ, who died and rose from death to eternal life, is indeed good news for all.
When a loved one has died it is important that you contact the church and speak with the Pastor, so that a date and time for the funeral service (memorial service/celebration of life) may be arranged.
