Sunday Morning Worship

Our liturgy includes the spoken word, readings from the Old Testament, Psalms, New Testament and Gospel. We sing hymns with organ or band accompaniment. The church choir leads the congregation in song and also performs a special musical selection appropriate for each Sunday. We celebrate Holy Communion each Sunday with wafer and wine or grape juice. All baptized Christians are invited to commune. Those not receiving communion are invited to come forward for a blessing. Members of the congregation – adults as well as youth – serve in various roles, such as worship assistant, communion assistant, usher, etc.
